So its been rumored that Gwyneth uses snake venom to help keep wrinkles away.

Gwyneth is said to regularly visit the Beverly Hills Sonya Dakar Skin Clinic, where she buys a lot of Ultra Lux 9 products - including one cream which contains the snake venom.

A source told the New York Post newspaper: Its not Botox, It is just a cream that has the venom of a snake in it. The cream is part of the facial treatments available at the spa."

Its probably a good thing she found something to help keep her looking young. otherwise she'd probably end up looking like Courtney Love.

Star Magazine is reporting that Lindsay Lohan found love in rehab and when he left Promises, she she became uncontrably agnry and that's what caused her problems and why she was arrested again. She has had problems for years no so how is this the source of her problems?

According to Star Lindsay met a married man from the Midwest at Promises and the two started a secret affair.

A source said, “He was a married guy from the Midwest with a nice body. He was having fun with Lindsay. She called him her ‘rehab boyfriend.’ They would fool around all the time. And they weren’t just kissing. He was in her room often.”

The source claims that Lohan completely lost it when it was time for her "rehab boyfriend" to leave. “She completely freaked out! She started screaming, ‘Don’t leave me! Don’t leave me! If you leave I am going to die!’”

“She cut her left wrist so badly, there was blood everywhere – on her clothes, on her face, in her hair. She was screaming, ‘He can’t go’ and sobbing.”

As Britney, her bodyguard "JC" Camera (who had been holding Sean Preston), and the photographer in question made their way through the lobby of the Wynn, Camera and the photog crossed paths and tripped into a glass wall. Nicole Richie confirms her pregnancy

After months of rumors Richie has confirmed that she is in fact pregnant.

"Yes I am. We are," Richie told ABC News' Diane Sawyer for an interview to be aired this week. "I'm almost four months."

Richie's boyfriend, Good Charlotte singer, Joel Madden, is the father, she told ABC, which issued a news release about the interview.

The 25 year old "Simple Life" star also talked with Sawyer about her guilty plea last week to driving under the influence and the resulting four-day jail sentence.

"I have a responsibility and it's something that I did wrong, and if I could personally apologize to every single person that has lost a loved one from drunk driving, I would," Richie said. "And unfortunately I can't, but this is my way of paying my dues and taking responsibility and being an adult."

Nicole also talked about her bad behavior and hard-partying contemporaries and what effect it has on her young fans.

The interview will air on "Good Morning America" on Thursday and Friday and on "20/20" Friday night.

Britney and Kevin are officially divorced as of yesterday. But who would want K-feds leftovers anyway? Any takers?

But on a serious note Kevin reportedly gets $15,000 a month from Britney for child support and an additional $20,000 in spousal support (which ends in November).

Britney and Kevin agreed to share custody of the kids 50/50. Either one of them can go back to the judge and ask him to change that though.

Considering what Britney has been doing the last few months, its a surprise the judge didn't give Kevin full custody of the kids.

4 Days in Jail for Nicole Richie

A court commissioner sentenced Richie to serve four days in the City or County Jail (her choice!) -- she got credit for a fifth day, for the six hours she served after being busted.

Richie was also fined $2,048, was ordered back to school for 21 days to an alcohol education course and on three years probation.

Richie must report to serve her time by September 28.The commissioner issued Richie a stern warning, telling her if she she drove drunk again and she actually killed someone she could be charged with murder -- not manslaughter.

So Paris spends a month in jail, Nicole gets 4 days with a fifth day that was credited to her; I guess she is more of a celebrity than Paris... So Lindsay Lohan will get what 24 hours? Seeing how the courts are Lohan will probally be found not guilty even though she turned herself in!

If I saw my oldest daughter going down the same road Britney was going down I'd damn sure do my best so my younger daughters wouldn't take the same road. But hey, to each there own. Lindsay Lohan Arrested for Cocaine

Lindsay Lohan was arrested for drunk driving and cocaine possession, reports CNN.

Five days after turning herself in for her May drunken driving charge, Lindsay Lohan was arrested early Tuesday morning on five charges -- including drunken driving and possession of a controlled substance, Santa Monica police told CNN.

Police spokeswoman Calisse Lindsey said police got a call at 1:34 a.m. PT that a vehicle was chasing another vehicle in a parking lot in Santa Monica. When officers arrived, they found Lohan driving the vehicle that was chasing the other, the spokeswoman said.

The officers smelled alcohol and administered a field sobriety test, which Lohan failed, Lindsey said.

When taken to the police station, the 21-year-old actress registered 0.12 and 0.13 in blood tests for alcohol levels, the spokeswoman said. In California, the legal limit is 0.08, according to the state's Department of Motor Vehicles.

Officers also found a white powdery substance in Lohan's possession which was determined to be cocaine, Lindsey said.

Lohan was charged with two counts of driving under the influence, possession of cocaine, bringing a controlled substance into a jail facility, and driving on a suspended license, according to Lindsey.

She was released on $25,000 bail Tuesday morning, according to The Associated Press.

Lohan's attorney, Blair Berk, issued the following statement Tuesday, which was run on TMZ.com: "Addiction is a terrible and vicious disease. Since Lindsay transitioned to outpatient care, she has been monitored on a SCRAM bracelet and tested daily in order to support her sobriety. Throughout this period, I have received timely and accurate reports from the testing companies. Unfortunately, late yesterday I was informed that Lindsay had relapsed. The bracelet has now been removed. She is safe, out of custody and presently receiving medical care."

TMZ is reporting that Lindsay is back in rehab, although at an undisclosed location.

Who knows what the future holds for Lohan.

Child experts are concerning themselves with the fact that 15 month old Suri Cruise is still on a bottle. Suri was caught on cameras at the L.A. Galaxy game with her bottle.

A baby expert told The National Enquirer, “Liquids containing sugar- including milk, formula and fruit juice- if left in a baby’s mouth, can acidify and become corrosive to the teeth. If the baby lies in bed or sucks on a bottle for long periods of time, both the upper and lower teeth can be subject to decay."

Another expert is worried about the emotional well-being of Suri being on a bottle too long.

“Toddlers can become dependent on it and on the ‘sucking impulse,’ which is often difficult for them to control and to wean themselves off of."

David Beckham's L.A. debut was anything but worth the money paid. The L.A. Galaxy gave Beckham $250 million dollars to come to America and play soccer for them.

To me this will not even come close to bring soccer into mainstream America. Especially when your highest paid player only plays for roughly 13 minutes in the second half. Beckham had an ankle injury and it was unsure if he would play or not.

Now I know he did not get that $250 million for his 13 minute debut, but damn! I guess he really doesn't have to try anymore on the field to get his paycheck.

In the end the Galaxy got beat by Chelsea 1-0. Vey funny if you ask me.

Aside form the circus surronding the Beckham's arrival to America and his outing on the field there were numerous celebs in the stands. There was even a red carpet for the celebrity spectators.

Who really thinks Lindsay will learn anything from this? i sure as hell don't. She was released on a $30,000 bail. Come on now, that's pocket change to Lindsay. Not only did Britney Spears giver mom Lynn a poem saying she had no mother. Lynn was also given papers stating that she is not allowed to see her grandchildern, 22-month-old Sean Preston and 10-month-old Jayden James, while she is on medication.

It is now coming out that they had a "slapfest", last month.

A source told America's Star magazine: "Lynne barged into the house and
insisted on taking the kids out to spend some private time with them. She
didn't ask or suggest, she demanded. Then she began denigrating Britney's
mothering skills and losing her temper at the same time."

"Britney and Lynne had a shocking slapfest. It left Lynne shaken and Britney
more determined than ever to cut her mother out of her life for good."

The physical fight is believed to have taken place just days after Britney
allegedly handed Lynne the legal order banning her from seeing her grandsons.

Lynne is allegedly considering filing a countersuit.

Lynne is said to be concerned her 25-year-old daughter is suffering from
depression and believes prescribed medication could help her.

The source added: "Despite their problems, Lynne cares deeply for Britney
and wants to find a way to help her. She thinks antidepressant drugs may be
the answer. Lynne feels Britney has severe depression issues, and they are
in large part the cause of her apparent manic behavior and past problems

Recently, one of TMZ's photographers was assaulted by Gary Dourdan, star of "CSI" as Warrick Brown ; just outside Hollywood nightclub, Hyde. Dressed in a full-on leather biker ensemble, Dourdan grabbed the cameraman, throwing him to the pavement.

Dourdan parked his Ducati motorcycle just outside Hyde, and began yelling at the photographer to "get that fucking camera out of my face!"

The on again off again couple, Shannon Moakler and Travis Barker, have called it quits one last time. After splitting last summer they had since got back together in March, but have broke up once again. I think they are a cute couple and it really sucks it didnt work out for them. A source says Moakler is taking the break up really hard. She has packed up her things and moved out. "She's very upset. She gave this marriage her all. She really loves him." the source says.

Its one of those relationships where you try and try to make it work but in the end it doesn't.

On Friday July 6th, the mayor of Paris pronounced Tony Parker and Eva Longoria husband and wife in a civil ceremony. Then on Saturday July 7th, a priest married them in a large church across from Louvre Museum. Stars of all kind, actors, athletes, and musicians, were there to join the couple for their celebration.

Fans arrived as early as 7 hours to get a glimpse at the couple after they said their "I Do's". Fans also tried to get glimpse of their guests. Some of the guests were, Jessica Alba, Sheryl Crow, Nicolette Sheridan, Teri Hatcher (who brought her 9 year old daughter), Felicity Huffman and her husband William H. Macy are just a few of the stars who attended.

Bodyguards used to big black umbrellas to try and shield cameras from the stars. Police also erected 10 foot high wooden panels in front of the church to try and shield guests and the couple from view.

After the guests and wedding party left the church in large red buses and black Rolls Royces, fans flooded into the church and grabbed up white lillys that spread across the church.

"I love the series and I came out today for the chance to see Eva, the 'American in Paris,'" said Lola Michot, a 16-year-old high school student from the eastern French city of Besancon. She waited outside the church for several hours for a peak of the actress.

The couple and their entourage have given very few details about the wedding, but media reports said they were to follow the wedding ceremony with a party at Vaux-le-Vicomte, a 17th century chateau 35 miles southeast of Paris.

On the official website, Avril Lavigne addresses the legal action that is being taken against her for stealing a song. Below is her letter to all who wish to read it

To my dear media, friends, and fans,

You may have heard some news that two guys who wrote for some band from the 1970s I have never in my life heard of called the “Rubinoos” are trying to sue me. They have a song called “I Want To Be Your Boyfriend” that has no musical similarities to the song “Girlfriend” that Luke Gottwald and I wrote together. They claim that a small part of the lyrics are the same and are saying that I took these from them. I had never heard this song in my life and their claim is based on 5 words! All songs share similar lyrics and emotions. As humans we speak one language.

Off the top of my head, two other songs that I can immediately think of with this type of lyric are “Hey, hey, you, you get off of my cloud” by the Rolling Stones and “Hey little girl I want to be your boyfriend” by the Ramones. Simply put, I have been falsely accused of ripping their song off. Luke and I have done nothing wrong and there is no merit to their claim.

I was going to be the bigger person and not reply when I read Chantal Kreviazuk’s article in Performing Songwriter magazine. Now that all the media have caught on to her little interview, I need to speak. Chantal’s comments are damaging to my reputation and a clear defamation of my character and I am considering taking legal action. Chantal has accused me of taking a song idea from her because I happen to have a song on my new record with the same title.

For the record, I wrote a song with Evan Taubenfeld which coincidentally has the same title as a song Chantal had sent me a few years ago. Our songs have no similarities and opposite meanings, i.e. different lyrics, different melody, different genres. In Chantal’s own words “the only similarity is in the title.” I originally wrote this with Evan for his record and I ended up with it. Funny enough when I decided to put “Contagious” on my album we had to change the words from “she” to “he” in order for it to work on my record. There are hundreds of songs out there with the title “Contagious,” 75+ on iTunes alone.

Chantal has also made false accusations about my writing skills. I am so over this topic. This letter is not about this. I am not going to sit here and defend my writing skills. I don’t have to prove anything to anyone. I know who I am and what I have done and accomplished and no one can take that away from me.

My decision to discontinue working with Chantal after co-writing together on my second record was simply based on the fact that we had no hits together. That is why her name is not on this record, despite her numerous attempts to be included, which were always denied. From my perspective this is a clear case of bitterness. Chantal is upset that she didn’t get to be a part of my record. She did email me after the article came out apologizing and I forgive her but I have to put the truth out there so my fans are not confused by these false accusations.

Let it be crystal clear that I have not ripped anyone off or done anything wrong. I have never had to deal with anything publicly like this and surely never wanted to. I do not deserve this negative press and attention. I take pride in the songs that I write and appreciate the opportunities to work with some great writers and musicians.

My fans have been so dedicated to my music and it is because of them that I have this amazing career. Thank you again to my fans for continuing to be so supportive. This is a very positive time for me in my life. I have a very successful career and I feel very lucky to have accomplished all that I have. I am so thankful every day.

I would like to say more but my lawyers have advised me not to. Why is it when you get to a certain level people want to attack you?…. and now I have said my piece.

Britney Spears Writes Mom out of Her Will!

It has been reported that Britney Spears has changed the custody terms in her will.

The Singer has allegedly changed her will to ensure her mother Lynne will not gain the custody of her grandsons, 22-month-old Sean Preston and10-month-old Jayden James.

Britney's sister Jamie Lynne is now supposedly set to inherit the star's estate and also the custody of her sons when the singer dies.

This is all reported by the National Enquirer! Britney Spears has also reportedly stipulat in her new will that her cousin Alli Sims is to look after the boys if she dies before 15-year-old Jamie Lynn turns 21.

This fued of sorts between mother and daughter reportedly stems from Britney feelling like her mother forced her into rehab. The singer visited her mother Lynne on the set of Jamie Lynn's TV show, 'Zoey 101', and allegedly handed Lynne a legal order banning her from seeing her grandsons while mom is taking any form of medication.

Spear's has allegedly also hired a private investigator to record phone calls between mom and estranged husband Kevin Federline.

How could we forget the month of Februrary, 2007. This was the monthe Britney Spears decided to attack a paparazzi's SUV with her umbrella.

Well, Britney has had a few months to think about what she did that night! She has decided to write a letter to the photo agency X17 which shot the video and was her outlet of frustration during the attack.

Chimp beaten on Christina Riccis set of Speed Racer

Apparently on the set of Christina Ricci's new movie "Speed Racer" there are reports of a chimp biting an actor.

The problem is that there are allegations that the chimp was beaten after it supposedly bit the actor. PETA is involved now.

“We are in receipt of information that may upset you,” PETA wrote to Joel Silver, the film’s producer. “We’ve received several troubling complaints from people who have been on the ‘Speed Racer’ set and report that the main chimpanzee ‘actor’ has been beaten and has bitten one of the human actors.”

MSNBC has reported that PETA went on to “urge Silver to stop using the live critters and switch to animatronics.”

Warner Brothers responded to PETA by stating "We appreciate the concerns of your organization. We also respect the vision and choices of the filmmakers with which we work. Every option on a film is carefully weighed, and for this production, the decision was made to use live animals.”

For Warner Brothers unfortunately, PETA is not satisfied and they are known to be very persistant.

PETA has already fired back saying “No humane representative is closely monitoring those animals while off-set or during pre-production training, the very places where abuse is most likely to occur, so we regret to say that the assurances you offer are meaningless.”

Speed Racer is due out May 8th, 2008, so the producers can only hope that any animal lovers out there will soon forget about this. Other wise the chimp scandal could cost Warner Brothers millions of dollars.

Tiger Woods baby girl, Sam Alexis, might only be 2 weeks old now but shes already trying to hold a golf club.

"She couldnt quite hold it, but it was there" Woods said at a press conference on July 3rd.

Tiger Woods also talked about how his life has forever changed since he and his wife Elin Nordegren welcomed Sam Alexis into the world, on June 18th.

"It's been fantastic these last couple weeks to have Sam Alexis as part of our life. It was a dream come true for both Elin and myself. I've been changing diapers and doing feedings. I definitely don't sleep now" he said!

Tiger Woods's late father, Earl Woods, used to call Tiger, Sam, he said, which is why they chose to name thier daughter Sam.

"We wanted to have a name that would be meaningful. My father had always called me Sam since the day I was born. He rarely ever called me Tiger."

When asked if more kids are in the future, he said his wife was in charge of the answer to that question!

Lindsay was given a break from her stint at L.A. rehab center Promises to celebrate her 21st birthday. Lindsay was seen at a Malibu home this week in a skimpy bikini celebrating.

Paparazzi were on the beach taking photos of the party. Lindsay was seen taking photos of mom Dina, little sisters Ali, Dakota which flew out from New York to party with Lohan. She even took photos of the paparazzi. She is even reported by People to have ordered 5 pizzas that her bodyguard walked out to them the photographers.

At around 2:15 she was on her way back to Promises to continue her extended stay at the rehab facility.

It is reported that the party was alcohol free. She orginally had plans to party in Vegas at hip club PURE that was sponsored by a Vodka company. Due to her rehab this party was canceled.

There are now rumors coming out that there was cocain involved in her recent DUI back during the Memorial Day weekend. We will keep you informed as more becomes available.
