Britney's Side of the Vegas Paparazzi Attack

x17 is reporting that Britney Spear's bodyguard "JC" Camera was only retaliating when he beat up the paparazzi in Las Vegas. Below is a excerpt from there report.

As Britney, her bodyguard "JC" Camera (who had been holding Sean Preston), and the photographer in question made their way through the lobby of the Wynn, Camera and the photog crossed paths and tripped into a glass wall. The loud sound of Camera colliding with the glass wall terrified Britney, who thought Sean Preston had been injured, leading her to grab him from Camera's hands and launch into an angry tirade at the photog. In the meantime, JC regrouped, grabbed the photog, and started wailing away on him - our source paints a picture of JC as the hero in this episode, "react[ing] as if those kids were his own...[Britney was] so relieved and thankful the guy didn't get away with what he did."

CSI Star Attacks Paparazzi

Recently, one of TMZ's photographers was assaulted by Gary Dourdan, star of "CSI" as Warrick Brown ; just outside Hollywood nightclub, Hyde. Dressed in a full-on leather biker ensemble, Dourdan grabbed the cameraman, throwing him to the pavement.

Dourdan parked his Ducati motorcycle just outside Hyde, and began yelling at the photographer to "get that fucking camera out of my face!"

The photographer aimed his camera towards the ground, but was still reportedly attacked by Dourdan, despite the cries of other paparazzi urging Gary to stop slamming the man's head to the pavement.

Once finished with his rage, Dourdan said simply.

"I know all the cops around here, they're my friends."

The photographer took his chances and filed a police report anyway.
