Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo are speaking out in the upcomming Ok! Magazine about their Mexican Getaway.

The July 9th edition of Life & Style gives us a censored look into what supposed to be thier romantic retreat.

The couple was caught with their pants down. Ok they were completly off! They were caught enjoying themselves in the hot tub at a private resort.

"It's not like I was caught with a Mexican hooker. We've all gone out and had a few too many and done something stupid. We've all made mistakes. Unfortunately, as a celebrity, you're a target."

The couple's lawyers are already warning magazines about any future thoughts of publishing the uncensored photos. However it is only a matter of time before we get to see them on the net!
